Yep, big figs can hold a minifigure in each hand but upside down only.

You can slip the minifigure's leg in the big fig's hand.

There's a groove in the hand that let's you slip in a minifigure's leg.  This adds lots of fun in play mode.

 I think Rhino's skin is too thick for Spiderman.  What do you think about this figure?
